AshCreek Property Owners Association, a deed restricted community, has been in existence since 1994. The two primary purposes of our POA is to manage the common areas and to enforce our governing documents. We have a five-member Board of Directors who meet on a monthly basis, and a full-time Property Manager on site. We are located in historical and prestigious Hanover County. Our community has a lovely creek that runs through it. Our beautiful wooded lots and common areas have the makings for a perfect southern lifestyle. We are conveniently only 15 minutes from Richmond, our state capitol, and approximately a 2-hour drive to Washington DC, Virginia Beach, Virginia’s Northern Neck, and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Our recreational complex is comprised of a community clubhouse, large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, fenced playground, and a basketball court available to all residents. A multitude of activities are sponsored throughout the year by volunteers on our adult and children’s social committees. In addition, we have competitive youth swim team, The Crocs. We publish and distribute a monthly newsletter, Tales From The Creek, in which we offer businesses to advertise to our 648 homes. Although our recreational amenities are available to residents only, we offer competitive rental rates for our clubhouse. You can visit our public schools by clicking onto Schools on the menu.
